Diagnostic Healthcare Ltd which is a leading medical diagnostic
company across multiple locations in the UK has merged with a
provider of ultrasound services in a deal which will expand the
geographical footprint of the company.
Manchester based Diagnostic Healthcare has announced a merger
with Excell Ultrasound Limited which provides ultrasound services
in East Midlands and East of England.
Diagnostic Healthcare operates a network of centres and mobile
units across the UK providing MRI, Ultrasound, bone density and
health screening services working closely with the NHS and private
Excell Ultrasound Limited, which has been in operation for 11
years, operates out of Peterborough and specialises in providing a
mobile ultrasound service in community based settings such as
Doctor's surgeries and Community Hospitals.
