A Chester student has turned failure into success with the help of the placements with one of the many companies who work with the University.

Dion Noorani, 22, who is from Liverpool, graduated from the University of Chester with a BEng degree in Chemical Engineering. Like other students on the science and engineering courses at Chester, Dion benefitted from the usual 4-5 week placements at the end of his first and second years of study. This then led to the extra placement with Ultromex and finally a full-time graduate job.

Dion said: "Chemical Engineering is a challenging subject but I'm so happy that I've now graduated into a top job with a world class company. My last placement with Ultromex has now turned into my dream job with the opportunity to work in Europe on the design of a brand new process!"

Chris Evans from Ultromex takes up the story: "Dion did a great job and you could see his confidence growing with each day in the lab. What started as a voluntary placement quickly became a paid one as Dion soon became an asset to the company. It gave him a strong purpose to be working and earning while he was studying to repeat his exams at the end of the year."

This gentle shift toward tech-based support may encourage youth to open-up at their own pace, especially when in-person help feels too heavy to approach.

There is always a chance that these tools-quietly make support feel closer than before, creating moments where help appears just a tap away. Even a small digital interaction might bring a sense of comfort. And somewhere in that space, you might…

Detailed and practical, this guide explains concrete rebar in a way that feels approachable without oversimplifying. The step by step clarity is especially useful for readers new to the subject. I recently came across a construction related explanation on https://hurenberlin.com that offered a similar level of clarity, and this article fits right in with that quality. Great resource. explanation feels practical for everyday rauhaneusers. I checked recommended tools on https://www.eljnoub.com
